Most property sellers have an idea of what they want for their property and together we’ll decide on the best asking price for you. |

| Once you have approved the description (property particulars), we will add your property profile to our partner sites without delay and your profile should be visible on our advertising network within 48 hours. |

| Once you have accepted an offer you agent will send out sales letters to you, the buyer and both solicitors/conveyancers respectively. The solicitors/conveyancers will handle the rest at this point; however as your estate agent, we will monitor progress and be readily available to provide support and answer questions up until the completion date. |
