A tenancy agreement is a formal legal agreement that sets out the rights and responsibilities of a landlord and tenant in relation to the occupation of a property. We offer an assured shorthold tenancy agreement for a residential property letting that may be used for a tenancy spanning any length of time. The minimum recommended term is 6 months as a landlord does not have guaranteed rights to possession of the property within 6 months if the tenant refuses to leave.

	Not to keep animals or pets without prior written permission from the landlord
	To inform the landlord if the property will be left unoccupied for longer than 21 days.
